celebrity trainer and nutritionist harley pasternak will share his "make it count" mantra with tips on how to make healthy choices and incorporate fitness into everyday life. renowned fitness and nutrition expert known for the 5-factor fitness diet, pasternak doesn't believe in spending hours in the gym, and realizes everyone has a limited time. he will help each individual find a personalized diet and fitness plan that works for them.
